Bedtime Hypnotherapy

This is a guided meditation and hypnotherapy session designed to help you if you struggle with your sleep.

In this session, you'll learn how to set good sleep hygiene rules around your lifestyle, how to create the perfect sleep zone, and how to quiet your mind before bed so you can fall asleep more easily.

It's recommended that you listen to the session at least four times so you can compound the positive messaging and override the old beliefs so you can create new neural pathways for getting a more restful sleep.

Do NOT listen while driving or operating machinery.
