Bedtime Hypnotherapy
This is a guided meditation and hypnotherapy session designed to help you if you suffer from an irrational fear of confined spaces.
You'll learn how to overcome your fear once and for all as well as how to think more rationally and less emotionally.
It's recommended that you listen to the session at least four times so you can compound the positive messaging and override the old beliefs so you can create new neural pathways to stop feeling claustrophobic.
Do NOT listen while driving or operating machinery.
